The Toddy Cold Brew System uses room temperature or cool water and time (12-20 hours) to make up to 2 L batches (~45 fl oz concentrate yield) overnight (12-20 hours). The resulting concentrate is paper filtered, making for a smooth, clean cold brew that lasts for 1-2 weeks when well refrigerated Grind ~340 g of your favorite coffee fairly coarsely. Add fresh grounds to ~ 2 quarts of room temperature filtered water to yield approximately 45 fl oz of concentrated cold brew extract.
