Our homemade pappardelle pasta boasts traditional wide and flat noodles and it is fantastic when tossed with chunky tomato sauces or rich braised meat or game sauces. A sprinkle or two of fresh Parmigiano Reggiano is all you’ll need to seal the deal! We only use a handful of fresh, simple, and carefully selected ingredients when making our signature pastas– the best Italian semolina flour and local farm-fresh, free-range eggs. All of our pastas are made from-scratch incorporating the time-honored traditions that are unique to authentic Italian cooking.
