Organic, Currently a Single Origin, Italian Dark Roast Our coffee is sold in sealed, zippered, bags with valves.    Beans will be shipped as "Whole Bean" unless you add a note at check out.  Please specify the grind required (Coarse, Medium, Fine, ~or~ French Press, Drip, Pour Over, Keurig, or Espresso) Coffee CANNOT be shipped via Media Mail! Bean Notes: Our Italian Roast is currently a Brazilian Peaberry Bean that has notes of Chocolate and Cane Sugar.  Grown at a lower altitude, this heavy body bean handles the deeper roasting beautifully, coming away with a smooth finish.
