Grape: Pinot Grigio Region: Abruzzo, Italy Style: Pet-Nat Farming: Low intervention, Certified Sustainable & Organic, Biodynamic Flavors: Tastes dry with flavors of orange peel, grapefruit, and apple.  About: The Petillant Natural or "Pet-Nat" for short follows the Ancestral Method, and is bottled without added sugar or yeast. Fermentation is paused mid-way for bottling, allowing the fermentation process to finish in the bottle with no disgorgement or dosage. Sediment in the bottom of the bottle is normal and due to the minimal intervention style of wine-making.
