Rosé Petnat made with organically farmed Gamay vines in the Montlouis area of the Loire. Vinified with wild yeasts, no additives and very little added sulfites, the wine finished fermenting in the bottle, capturing the gas from the fermentation and resulting in a gentle fizz. Disgorged and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Delicious and refreshing!
