All Sauvignon Blanc from 35 year-old vines in a vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands area of Mendocino County. The grapes were partially destemmed and footstomped and fermented in both qvevri clay vessels and stainless steel vat. The wine was aged in qvevri for seven months. Luscious, fragrant. attractive flavors.
