An educational wine experience presented by Michael Gallant   Summary: From Dijon in the north to Macon in the south, Burgundy is arguably the most fascinating wine region in France.  While there is little doubt that amazing wines are being produced in Burgundy everyday, there is a lot to learn to tackle this complicated region.  We will give you some basic guidelines to tackle what wines to buy, what properties to visit, and some ideas about generally how to tackle the wines of Burgundy.  We will taste some Chablis, some Pouilly Fuisse and some village and Premier Cru wines.
