My maker, fourth-generation winemaker Vincent Roussely, converted his family’s estate to organic (and in many vineyards biodynamic) farming and embraced long skin-contact macerations that give me my distinctive orange hue. Here, nature leads the way: manual ploughing, native yeasts, and minimal intervention.
