Skin contact wine made 100% with local indigenous grape Arneis. Spontaneous fermentation without add selected yeasts and additive. Long maceration contact skins until 30 days in stainless steel. Aged for about 10 months in ceramic amphora. Production: 1000 bottles a year. Tasting Notes: The color is orange with slight amber reflections Gastronomy: Great with seasoned cheeses, meat and fish dishes. Recommended serving temperature is around 10- 12 degrees.
