Poppy is a gorgeous dress or tunic featuring a square yoke front and back bodice.  Poppy can be sewn with either a flat bottom panel or a ruffled bottom panel that allows for tons of twirl! Three sleeves are included: angel sleeves, double flutter sleeves or short ruffle sleeves.
