Shiloh Misses Top & Dress

Shiloh -the sweetest summer dress!  The Shiloh Dress and Top features a square bodice front and three back options with different coverage options. The elastic back option has criss cross straps that close with a button at the side seam. The straps can be sewn plain or with full or partial length flutters. The button back option has a partial closing and necktie for more back coverage. The Dress and Top skirt is can be either a gathered rectangle or gathered full circle skirt.
