Fluorescent gives off UV light, enough to slowly cure the glue. For longer work times work under a regular light bulb, or LED lighting. You can even have the lights far away if need be. Also, if you don't have a UV light, don't forget the SUN on a nice day can also cure this glue. 3 minutes and it will be cured. Cloudy overcast days might take a bit longer.
