MISCELLANEOUS FILL DIRT MAY CONTAIN SAND, CLAY, ROCKS, TRACES OF SOD, GRAVEL, AND ROOTS. Natural occurring soil that is usually stripped off a construction site. Can be used to fill in low spots. Depending on the type of soil it may offer some structure benefits, but if mostly clay material not the best for compaction. Note: Orders with more than 15 yards of soil are subject to transfer truck delivery rate. Max delivery quantity is 24 yards.
