Classes include Qigong warm-ups and the 24 Yang Style Form, supporting coordination, mental clarity, cardiovascular health, stress reduction, and a gentle mind-body-spirit connection. Instructor's Biography:  I first began studying Tai Chi in 1995 at the Boston Kung Fu Tai Chi Academy inthe heart of Boston. I was trained under the guidance of Yao Li, Dorri Li, andJoshua Grant.
