Bow Rehair - Salt & Pepper

Salt & Pepper bow rehair uses two colors.  The darker hair is more coarse and can help provide additional grip.  Generally used for Viola or Cello bows. A Bow Rehair includes: Replacing the hair with quality Mongolian horse hair Cleaning the stick Polishing the metal parts Inspect for any damage Your bow should be rehaired when: Hair is missing Tension is uneven Hair is stretched or bow will not tighten Hair is dirty It takes a great deal of rosin to get sound Every 6-12 months of playing Your bow has been sitting for a while
