Approx. 800 Puffs from Each Pod 4-Pack Pack of 4 sealed (non-refillable) pods - 1ml each / Each pod should produce approx. 200 inhalations. DIRECTIONS1. Remove pod from the sealed container.2. Attach the pod to your VitaBar rechargeable battery (will also connect to JU*L batteries) and take a draw from end of the pod with the two holes.3. After about 200 uses, when the pod no longer produces any vapor, replace with a new one. NOTE: The VitaBar battery is not included (These pods also work with a JU*L battery).
