Camomile tea bag

Camomile tea bag (Matricariae flos) 3.174 oz/bag Description: Internally, it can be used to treat digestive system complaints, mild stomach and intestinal spasms, and flatulence. Externally, it can be used as a gargle for the treatment of skin and mucous membrane, as well as gum and oral cavity inflammations, and for inhalation in case of respiratory complaints. Source: ESCOP Monographs Recommended preparation: Pour 1 cup (approx. 150 ml) of hot water over 1 table - spoon of the herbal drug or 1 tea bag. Leave it stand covered for 5-10 min. then it can be consumed lukewarm, flavoured to taste.
