Enzyme Storage / Dilution Buffer

Enzyme Storage and Dilution Buffer is used to store, ship and dilute mutant DNA polymerases when necessary. It is formulated to provide optimal stability of the enzymes at -20 degree or ambient temperature.Enzyme Storage and Dilution Buffer composition is: 20 mM Tris pH 8.55, 222 mM ammonium sulfate, 10 mM 2-mercaptoethanol, 63% w/v glycerol, 0.1 mM EDTA, and 0.1% Brij-58. Some clouding of the buffer may be observed over time if the buffer is stored at -20 degree. This is normal and does not affect the function of the buffer. Data Sheet: Enzyme Storage / Dilution Buffer
