UniqEX Taq

UniqEX TaqTM DNA Polymerase is a new generation mutant of Taq DNA polymerase that includes a modification resulting in a hot-start feature and increased resistance to common PCR inhibitors. This enzyme is capable of performing well in the presence of PCR enhancers and can be used in qPCR with both DNA binding dyes, such as SYBR Green and Eva Green, as well as with TaqMan assays.
