Please see the Tassel Toppers - Pasties.  DIY Pro Tip: You can use any kind of paint. We use matte spray paint. We suggest adding glue inside the toppers before putting the fringe in. We use a piece of the fringe as the rope for the tassel but you can use whatever works best for you. If you have questions or need assistance please feel free to reach out.
