Universal Sling (Quick-Fit)

The Universal sling is the most commonly supplied patient lift sling for general transfer purposes. Easy to use and fit, the universal sling is a multi-purpose sling that provides toileting access as well as good back and thigh support. It can be used in a divided leg or crossover position. The Universal sling may also be known as the “Quick Fit Sling” due to the ease of application or the “Horseshoe Style Sling” due to the large horseshoe-shaped opening created by the leg straps. The sling comes standard with leg, hip, and shoulder straps for guaranteed support. Additionally, the universal lift sling features multiple color-coded loops that accommodate various seating positions. Used to transfer patients from a bed, wheelchair, geriatric chair, shower chair, or on/off the floor. The Univeral sling is also available with and without head support, to serve patients with varying degrees of head and neck control.
