Yu Kurosaki, a renowned member of the Takefu Knife Village blacksmiths, is well-known for his distinctive and pronounced tsuchime markings. Bunka knives are a time-honored Japanese blade, designed for multi-purpose use both as a vegetable knife and a slicer.
