Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept.  To ensure correct colors are printed, artwork must be submitted in a CMYK print profile. If artwork is submitted in a RGB print profile, your final printed colors may appear off.  V&M Prints assumes no responsibility if artwork is not submitted in a CMYK print profile and will not offer reprints, replacements or artwork revision. Programs such as Canva and Silhouette do not allow for artwork to be created in a CMYK profile.
