She organized the Society's Museum Room in the Library and introduced many elementary students o Portland's past. Twenty years ago, she conceived the idea of a cookbook containing old and new Portland recipes, and that has inspired many of our contributors to offer ones in honor of friends and relatives. A quarter of this book represents recipes Pat collected. She was a lifelong resident of Portland and devoted to its interests.
