This is Son at his most intense and finer Delta blues recordings next to Charlie Patton and Robert Johnson would be very hard to find. Worth it just to hear "Walkin' Blues" alone with Willie Brown and Charlie Patton whooping it up in the background, true juke joint music at its best.
