Wagyu Rib Roast - Winterfrost Farms - Deposit

The absolute pinnacle of holiday of holiday roasts. We are sourcing our wagyu rib roasts from Winterfrost Farms who raise their cattle in Omaha, NE. These roasts are graded as an 8/9 score on the 1-12 quality scale used to grade wagyu. For comparison, typical USDA prime beef would land somewhere around a 5 on that scale.  These rib roasts are sold boneless and ready to roast or can but cut into steaks, just please specify if you would like them cut into steaks in the notes section of your cart (or email us) or if you have any other special requests.   Price per pound is $59.99 due at checkout. $50 deposit refunded at time of pickup.
