A beautiful transitional honey between light and dark varieties, this beautiful auburn mid-tone honey boasts a rich flavor reminiscent of a perfect blend of floral and woodsy.  This is a single-harvest variety from a hive deep in the foresty heart of Wahiawa on Oahu.  When it's gone, it's gone, so get it while we still have this earthy deliciousness.
