A Better Tomorrow is a Chinese action film from director John Woo starring Chow Yun-Fat, about a former gangster who attempts to fix his relationship with his police officer brother. This is an old video store rental copy that appears to be a duplicate of an original English subtitled release, not totally uncommon for some of the independent video stores in the 90's with international films.  NOTE this is PART 2 meaning it's the second half of the film, so it's missing the first half of the film which was likely on another VHS tape.
