Oh My!!! is a mix track from German singer Otto Von Wernherr, who had hired Madonna (prior to her break-through success) to provide backing vocals on a few of his songs.  After her huge success in the 1980's Wernherr remixed many of those backing vocal tracks into new songs that featured Madonna in order to capitalize on her popularity.
