Fig and Green Tomato Chutney

For this slightly different delicacy, the oriental fig was married with fresh green tomatoes and finished with fine spices. This chutney is wonderfully suitable as a delicate accompaniment to cheese. It tastes particularly fine in combination with goat's cheese or strong mountain cheese.
