Wild Rice & Ancient Grains

Available until the end of November. Made from a mix of ancient grains growing here in Wisconsin (spelt / durum / rye) by Heartland Craft Grains, this new sourdough boasts a complex flavor profile. With the first bite you’ll first taste that depth of flavor of the ancient grains, then notice the texture from the wild rice with a little pop of crunch, and finish with a natural sweetness from the wild rice. November calls for all the soups, stews, and roasts to help you cuddle into the end of autumn… and this loaf is a perfect companion to get you there!
