Large Unicorn Jewelry Holder, Ceramic Leaf Trinket Dish with Gold Accent

A special jewelry holder or trinket tray to inspire some forest magic in your home. Unicorns symbolize freedom, enchantment, purity, and gentleness. Unicorns are powerful spiritual symbols, mythical beings appearing in cultures throughout the world. This rainbow unicorn jewelry dish is handcrafted, glazed and fired in my studio.  This ceramic leaf dish is made from smooth porcelain-like stoneware clay, dried, bisque fired, glazed, and high-fired once more at approximately 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. The leaf is imprinted from a real Hydrangea leaf, and handpainted with blues, pinks, and purples to accent the intricate detail. The unicorn's mane is handpainted with colored glazes and then accented with real 22kt gold, creating the charming and whimsical centerpiece of the leaf dish. The glaze is a glossy soft clear, warm white on the underside. Real 22kt gold overglaze is applied to the rim (and little sparkles on the leaf and mane) in a special process, and the dish is fired a third time
