Tea Brewing Vessel

This tea brewing vessel will bring elegance to your homes without the need for a handle, long spout or strainer. It is wheel-thrown by hand using no moulds and glazed in a smooth, white semi-gloss. It is designed as a single serving infusion- 220mL of water (one standard cup) for 2.5g of loose leaf tea (teaspoon) which means you will have a perfect tasting cup every time. When the tea has infused for the desired time, decant the whole infusion into a cup, wine or whiskey glass in an elevated manner. Once the tea is poured, the leaves are safe and dry in the vessel, ready to be re-infused. You could also put cold water on them, leave it in the fridge overnight and pour yourself a cold brewed tea in the morning. Made in India.
