Prime First Cut of Beef Brisket

1 whole first cut brisket. Sold by a whole piece.  The first cut brisket does not include the decle. Each brisket averages 5 - 7 pounds. Expect the cooked brisket to shrink by 30%, so please compensate when ordering for your guests. Priced @ $16.99 per pound. You will be charged a deposit upon ordering, and the balance due will be collected when the actual weight is taken.
