In case you haven’t noticed while dining in our establishment, we love to pickle and preserve things. Most especially, we love our rotating pickled veggies that accompany our charcuterie boards and sandwiches. In true Rye fashion, we change the herbs and spices every time we make a new batch and do not guarantee a certain item (like the fennel shown). Sold and bottled in 16 oz mason jars.
