Our house mustard that has been on our charcuterie boards from day 1, is now for sale! Naturally, we prefer rye whiskey. We bloom the mustard seeds in it and then we add apple cider vinegar. Once completed and through the blender, we get a rich, spicy, and textured mustard. It goes best with charcuterie, sandwiches, burgers, duck, pork, chicken, corned beef, brussels sprouts, pretzels…just about anything. Comes in a 3oz mason jar.
