Color pictorial stiff card wrappers with a die-cut top edge that follows the shape of the boy's head that appears on the wrappers; two holes punched through all leaves with the exception of the final leaf, or back wrapper, forming the eye openings of the boy that appears on each recto in the book, with two Vari-Vue eyes placed inside back wrapper where they can be seen through each recto's punched eye openings; additional hole punched at top of book for hanging; minute touches of wear to lower corners for what is a wonderful copy of the book.
