4x4 Fence Post Light Kit Includes: Fence post cap to replace your existing cap 3.5” x 3.5” reducer piece (for use with WOOD fence posts)  ** Clear dome that twist-locks into place for year-round use 9-LED puck light kits, with all wiring 10’ extension cables to run to the next post in the fence  How to Install the Fence Post Light Kit: Wire can be run through vinyl fence horizontal beams, which are generally hollow in most cases. Our preferred method is to use magnets (readily available at most big box stores) and any kind of pull string and then tie the string to the end of the extension cable. There are several methods you can use to get the wire through your fence. If you choose to run the wire outside / behind your fence, each of our fence caps has a small thin notch that can easily be cut out so the wire can be run externally.   4x4 caps fit posts 4.00" to 4.25" If post is slightly smaller, you can pad it out easily with weather-striping or a small set screw will work just fine
