This sunset photo of waves crashing on the western shore of Maui reminds me of the beauty and power of the ocean. Could it have looked this way millions of years ago before life existed on this planet? I think so. I like to contemplate what was here before us and before that. How did this all begin? It is a mystery that can’t be solved of course. All we can do is marvel at and appreciate the great mystery of existence. “There was something formless and perfect before the universe was born.
