Wander & Co. White Tea

We teamed up with the tea experts at White2Tea in 2017 to develop Wander White, a signature full bodied white tea with a slightly sweet taste. Each tea puck is 100 grams, and comes from southern Yunan, China. The tea is handpicked, sun dried, and made with no pesticides or herbicides. After it is sun dried it is lightly steamed and then pressed into small cakes for easy aging. The older it gets, the smoother it will become. We've been cellar aging this tea for 7 YEARS to be ready for our customers.    FOR EVERY TEA PUCK SOLD, WE HELP PROVIDE MICRONUTRIENT FORTIFICATION FOR 1 CHILD IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA  For preparation: you can brew it in a thermos or a big western style teapot, boiling water is fine, but if you have a thermometer, 80-85C is ideal. You can either rinse it once, or if you are in a hurry, just use boiling water to steep it. If you can weigh it, about 5 grams is good amount for most situations, or a hefty pinch. Another way to prepare it is to gently simmer a few gr
