Cabernet Sauvignon

Our California Cabernet shows beautiful aromas of ripe boysenberry, cassis and a touch of mocha and coffee. On the palate, our wine is supple with soft tannins and a velvety texture, and it is replete with black cherry and a hint of vanilla.   Our California Cab is made from organic grapes grown on the highland valleys and mountain slopes of Mendocino County. These grapes often have similar structure and concentration to those grown in Napa. The hotter daytime temperatures and cool evening breezes allow for a rich and classic expression of the grape, which results in a highly rated Cab year after year.
