Sassanian Levy Infantry

DIGITAL PRODUCT Rome's eastern enemy the Sassanid Empire was a formidable foe. Founded by Ardashir I (who we also make!) in 224 after defeating the Parthians, the empire survived up to the Arab-Islamic conquest of the 7th century.  This four figure set (with puddle and non-puddle options) allows you to build out the bulk of the Sassanid levy with spear, sword, and shield and a variety of head types.
