BMW Socket to Coax Plug 6 inch Adapter Cable

Description The BMW Socket Adapter Cable 6 inch COAX Plug BMW Style Socket with Spring Loaded Cap with 16 inch of 16 AWG wire to a Coax Plug. Used to make a clean installation for the output of a mounted Heat-troller or power port.   You might see something like this on the powerlet site. Like so many of our connectors, cables and adapters, they did copy our designs. If you ever get ahold of an old gerbing catalog, you will see all the cables and adapters we were making for them and Harley years before powerlet was in business. Also, this socket was developed by Hella not by powerlet. Not sure why they keep claiming it is a powerlet socket when Hella makes them and they have been used for years by Deere and BMW as power ports. Specs Hole size is 3/4 inch. We recommend using a Uni-Bit with steps to drill the hole in the fairing. It cuts the plastic and does not seem to melt it as other drill bits do.
