Imagine an incredibly enticing scent of fresh fried churros right off the cart, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. I remember eating a churro for the first time, my dad used to take us to the mexican store or on the street corner of Little Village in Chicago. He would buy me and my little sister a churro. The vendor man would wrap it in wax paper, it was hot, right off the cart. The churros were crispy from the outside and soft and tender from within. Sometimes they were stuffed with chocolate or strawberry filling. We would eat it fresh and hot and it was topped with sugar sprinkles on the churros to increase the sweetness.
