These boots are slightly tapered from top to bottom. In the middle of the boot it measures 13" (neoprene edge to neoprene edge), not including velcro straps. They boots are approximately 11 3/4" high.  XL/Draft PRECAUTIONS:  Ointments or fly sprays should not be applied to the area that will be covered by these boots.  Sport boots are not intended to be used as standing boots.  They are not intended to be used for long periods of time and should be removed periodically to allow legs to cool.
