TRANQUILI-TEA / MOCKTAIL BLEND

INGREDIENTS: an all organic blend of hibiscus, lemon verbena, catnip, peppermint, rose, chamomile and lavender BREWING INSTRUCTIONS TEA: Steep 1 heaping tablespoon of the blend in 8 oz of hot water, covered, for 10 - 15 minutes. Strain the herbs and add a touch of honey or maple syrup.  TO MAKE 2 MOCKTAILS: Add 2 tablespoons of the blend to 8 oz of hot water. Steep covered for 15 minutes or longer.
