31 MAY 2019, will always be remembered here in Virginia Beach with great sadness- A disgruntled City Employee senselessly shot and killed 12 co-workers and wounded 4 others, including law enforcement, before his reign of terror was ended. As we approach the third anniversary of this local tragedy, we pay tribute to those lost and those affected, as well as our Community's Enduring Spirit!
