This sword was a tribute to Norse smiths named for the feared 8th century Viking raider, our Godfred Sword has a hand forged blade from EN45 steel and then tempered to replicate the pre-9th century originals. The grip is wood covered with nice suede leather. The hilt and guard are forged from steel and black oxidized. Scabbard is suede leather covered which has steel mountings having belt loops. The steel mountings are also black oxidized. The Godfred Viking Sword is a true tribute to the legendary Norse smiths.
