Suet

Certified Organic, Grass-Fed beef from cattle raised organically and humanely on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin. Making a pie?  The suet gives the pastry a flaky texture. Great for frying and roasting beef due to having a high smoke point and adds flavor and moisture to the meat. Or render it down to make tallow for candles, soap, or cooking as well. Approximately 16 oz. package.
