This is a E. Howard pocket watch movement 12 size, 17 jewel. It has a factory Howard signed enamel dial with a few hair lines, it is missing hour and minute hands, the second hand is corroded. It is a clean open face nickel movement. The balance and hairspring are in good condition and swing freely with good motion. This movement will be sold in as found condition and non-running for parts or repair. This is a good clean watch to be used for repair or a parts movement.
